Team Kanban Practitioner® (TKP®) [1 Day Program]

TKP® is an introductory program to learn the basics of Kanban. The course is built on the LKU Lean-Agile principle of applying visualization in the context of small, medium and large teams. The objective is to enable the participating professionals to Design & Implement the Team Kanban Task board and learn visualization of different types of work, associated risks along with the mitigation plan.
