Can We Learn Stress-Management Skills? Yes, Absolutely, Yes.
In My Opinion, Stress is a common problem. Every individual feels the distress if He or She is unable to manage it. It is universal, “SOME” people manage it more effectively than others and rewarded with “Good Mental Health (GMH)” & “Better Life Experience (BLE)”
It is essential to develop Stress Management Skills for having Good Mental Health (GMH) and Better Life Experience (BLE).
Do You Want to Learn and become a part of GMH & BLE Group?, Then this article is specifically meant for you.
For example, Women, adolescents, the aged, professional drivers, Police, Salesmen, Business Executives, Surgeons, Information Technology Professionals living in an unfavorable and unhealthy environment usually undergo Stressful situations.
Before Learn, Practice & Master the Stress Management Strategies/Techniques/Skills, It is good to know about certain factors make some individuals more vulnerable to stress.
Prerequisites to Learn How to Cope & Conquer Stress

- Type A Personality: They are ambitious, always in a hurry, want to achieve many things in a short time. They set unusually high targets for themselves.
- Low self-esteem: They underrate themselves & suffer from Negative Attitude & Approach.
- Loneliness & Feeling of Isolation & neglect
- Inadequate knowledge & Skills
- Health Problems & Life-threatening diseases.
- Needs are not fulfilled: The requirements in questions can be food, shelter, sex, love, recognition, etc..
- Unhealthy Habits.

- Confusing & Demanding Roles. High Expectations
- Interpersonal Relationshipsstrained with mutual distrust, suspicion, hatred or fear

Now, We have got good knowledge about Understanding Stress. It is important to Learn, Practice & Master the Stress Management Strategies / Techniques / Skills. Similarly, we should know about the factors that make some individuals more vulnerable to stress.
