- Thank you for participating in our training and Certification Program. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is instructor-led or self-paced training.
As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course through our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
For Instructor-Led Training Live Online Workshop & Certification Program & Instructor-Led Onsite Workshop and Certification Program
Raise a refund request within 30 days before the scheduled training program so that the delegate would be receiving 90% of the full payment, If you raise a refund request less than 30 days before the scheduled training program you will receive 75% of the full payment, 50% of the full payment before 15 days, 25% Off the full payment before 10 days, and the delegate is not eligible to raise the request after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case.
- In case Our Partners cancel an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
- The amount you pay to block the seat is considered non-refundable if you voluntarily withdraw your participation. However, a coupon code will be provided for the same amount with a lifetime validity. The same can be used in booking any of the upcoming courses that they attend in the future.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
Our Partners who sell course through this platform reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
- Raise a refund request within 30 days before the scheduled training program so that the delegate would be receiving 90% of the full payment, If you raise a refund request less than 30 days before the scheduled training program you will receive 75% of the full payment, 50% of the full payment before 15 days, 25% Off the full payment before 10 days, and the delegate is not eligible to raise the request after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case.
- In case Our Partners sold the course and cancel an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
The refund request can be initiated in one way
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by our partners using the platform.
Note: Irrespective of the mode (Online or Classroom) of the training, If you purchase a course with Special Offer, then the refund request has to be raised 45 days before the scheduled event date.
