In my opinion, Mind Represents all our thoughts. It is through our thinking we do some of the other work. Our Thoughts For Our Future. If we analyze ourselves thoughts every one of us keeps thinking one our the other Isn’t it?

Key Points to Understand before learning the technique of Mind Management

Sub-Conscious Mind:

The subconscious mind obeys our command. The conscious mind orders to act. It won’t argue. It will simply follow the orders. The subconscious mind is like a fertile land. It has the energy to accept.

Guess:

Guess is the workshop of the sub-conscious mind. For your dreams to come true, your subconscious mind will be actively working.

Conscious Mind:

The conscious mind starts arguing, it makes revolutionary changes.

Attitudes of mind:

Be conscious of each word in your conversation, if you want your negative thoughts to be removed. Every negative word comes in the way of the flow of positive thoughts.

Positive Self-talk:

You must practice talking positively to the self.

Prayer:

Prayer is positive self-talk. In prayer, normally we ask for positive things. Prayer also helps you to orient yourself towards spirituality. Spiritual orientation with a positive attitude will not allow you towards negative thoughts.

Repeat:

If you keep repeating, you will be learning skills, you need to repeat, repeated reading help you to register the learning in your mind. Similarly, if you repeat negative thoughts negative emotion form in you.

Attitude:

If your attitude is strong, you will develop a clear standStrong emotions are like fuel. They create high-level consciousness. The place of emotions is the sub-conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind digests any idea. The word coming out of emotion will be very sharp.

In my opinion, Managing one’s thoughts is a challenge. In fact, it is an art. There are different techniques available for the same. We have to learn the art of successfully managing our thoughts. Is that a good idea to explore those thoughts? If Yes, Let’s begin to learn this art.

1. Anchor Thoughts:

The first technique is binding all thoughts firmly. An “Idle Mind is the Devils Workshop”. Isn’t it? Unless you have good thoughts in your mind, your mind will become wavering. Chanting different mantras, Reading Bible, Reading Quran, etc.. is to bring your thoughts under control. This is a hard task. In the beginning, this process may look funny. But it is really an effective tool to bind one’s thoughts.

You need a Coach to master the art of practice of thought control.

2. Tortoise Technique:

The tortoise can withdraw all its body parts to inside its shell. Similarly, a person with completeness can withdraw all his emotions. Mind Represents all our thoughts. By using the Tortoise Technique, it is possible to withdraw all your thoughts and enable to flow in the required direction. When thoughts are centralized in one place, they do not dissipate. This is possible through continuous effort.

3. Bead Technique:

To pray god, people use different kinds of beads. This practice is followed by many Prophets, Rishi’s, Swamijis and even at homes by many people. This is mainly to achieve the concentration of mind. They hold a chain of beads in one hand and go on repeating their utterance. It looks like he is counting the beads.

4. Chanting of Mantras, Songs:

Singing Individually or a group devotional songs makes it possible to manage your mind. The Main singer will be singing loudly and the others follow. The mass singing has such an impact on all others that the participants enjoy the songs. The rhythmic musical sounds have a great impact on the human mind.

5. Reading Sacred Volumes:

You will learn the Management Technique of mind by reading the sacred volumes like Bhagavadgita, Mahabharata, Bible, Quran, etc.. Your mind and thinking can be directed at spirituality through such reading. You will also develop godly feelings by reading such sacred books. The mind will not be polluted and a clarity thinking can be developed. Getting up early in the morning, and after a fresh bath, if you start reading sacred volumes, you can try to control your mind.

6. The technique of Thought Observation:

If you adopt this technique of observing your thoughts yourself, you will be able to find out which way your thoughts are making. Then you can try to control your thoughts. Basically, you should be aware of your thoughts. Then by Practice, the mind with pressure start turning slowly into a mind free from thoughts. But, it is difficult to practice worth doing.

7. Meditation:

Try to develop the practice of meditation. Concentrating on a particular object of your choice and not allowing the mind to be attracted by any external or internal forces helps meditation. Meditation helps to keep the mind cool. Selecting a proper place comfortable for you, with a suitable environment allows you to concentrate by which you can control your mind. It is suggested that the practice of meditation may be learned through a dedicated Coach.

Positive thinking and meditation are the keys to peace of mindMeditation is the method used to calm and focus the mind. Regular practice promotes not only mental equanimity but physical and spiritual well-being as well. Before we can meditate, though, we need to center the mind through concentration techniques and positive thinking. A mind full of negative thoughts and feelings is hard to calm down. 

Meditation is the royal path to freedom, a mysterious ladder which reaches from earth to heaven, from darkness to light and from mortality to immortality.

8. Yoga/Dance/Martial Arts/Walking/Your Preferred Exercise Method:

Health is Wealth, Peace of mind is happiness, Yoga shows the way. The philosophy of yoga is important for removing stress and strain. A steady practice of Pranayama arouses the inner spiritual force and brings in ecstatic joy, spiritual light, and peace of mind.

Proper exercise (Asanas) Enhances the flexibility of the joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The asanas improve circulation, massage the internal organs and improve organ function.

Proper Breathing Connects the body to its battery, the solar plexus, which is an enormous reservoir of energy. Deep, conscious breathing boosts our daily energy reserves – stress and many diseases (for example, depression) can be alleviated in this way.

If the body and mind are subjected to constant overload, their performance suffers Proper Relaxation plays a great role here in bringing the energy & performance back. A few minutes of physical, mental and spiritual relaxation counteract worry and fatigue more effectively than several hours of uneasy sleep.

Proper Diet Is one that is simple, natural and health-promoting, and can be easily digested and assimilated by the body. It consists of food products that have the most positive effects on the body and mind while having the fewest negative effects on the environment and on other creatures.

Combine your preferred exercise method with Positive Thinking & Meditation Are the keys to peace of mind. By controlling the movements of the mind, we can eliminate negative thought patterns and experience deep inner peace.

Closing Thoughts

I learned Yoga & Meditation at the age of 20 and practicing it religiously for the past 20 years and still continues the journey to reach the next level of excellence. I prefer this for certain reasons and the Top-3 are listed below:

1. My Job Involves Plenty of Travels, Less Luggage more comfort, Just a mat is enough for me to make this a regular practice.

2. I experimented other methods like Martial Arts (Kungfu, Karate, etc…), Gym for around a decade but end up in Yoga & Meditation because of the easiness & flexibility.

3. The Chances of Injuries are Rare/ZERO compared to any other Methods.

There are many more other benefits exists which is beyond the scope of this article.

I Strongly believe that Mind Represents all our thoughts. It is through our thinking we do some of the other work. Our Thoughts For Our Future.

So It is Extremely Important that we should give proper attention to Mind Management to take care of us, then Is that a good idea to start doing something now. Probably You Can Start with the anyone or the Top-3 Techniques that you are comfortable with.
