Hangout Agile Global Learning Community is Founded at the end of March 2008 by Dileep Appupillai. He is a Passionate Learner/Consultant/Trainer/Coach and started teaching at the age of 13. He was teaching B.Com, 2nd Year Students, When he was completing his Statistics Graduation in 1997. He entered Information Technology as an Instructor in 1998 where he was teaching C, C++, VC++ & UNIX. His entry into the World of Programming was in early 2000 as a VC++ Programmer. He was involved in Designing & Implementing Websites using Classic ASP, ASP.NET, and System & Windows Applications using VC++. He Moved into Architecting Web Applications using .NET in 2008 before his entry into the Consulting/Advisory Field in early 2010. He started his Agile Journey in 2008 and has more than a decade of experience in using Lean Principles, and Agile Practices focusing on achieving the Desired Outcomes for his customers by applying the Outcome Method. He also enables his Customers to Introduce Frequent Innovations by applying the Innovation Method. As a Consultant, He worked with many Fortune 500 Companies irrespective of the Business domain across the globe (APAC, Europe & USA) Even though he was playing the role of a Project Management Consultant in HCL, He also served the Training Division as a Trainer. Consulting/Advisory, Learning, Coaching, Mentoring & Training still continues as a Passion for him. This passion has acted as a driving force in designing & developing Outcome & Innovation-based Learning Systems (OIFLS). He also works as a Start-up Consultant for many companies fulfilling his ambition of creating Entrepreneurs Who Can Create Jobs and Contribute to the Global Economy.  He always gives Special Attention to taking care of the Community throughout the Journey and is a Never Ending Journey for him. He Always thanks his Family & Community Members for the Inspiration that they have given in different forms and nothing is possible if this was missing!
