Why Do You Need to Become An Advanced Agile Outcome Professional (AAOP™)?

This is an Advanced Workshop & Certification Program on Outcome & Innovation-based Agile.

Prerequisites:

It’s Nice to Complete CLAP-OM-L1™. Successful Completion of CLAP-OM-L1™ Qualifies You to Receive the Agile Outcome Practitioner™ (AOP™) from the LAAU.

The Successful Completion of CLAP-OM-L2™. Participants will gain sufficient knowledge about the day-to-day operation Management of Leading Any Assignment. The Assignment can be Product Development, Lage Development Projects, Production Support, Small Projects, Agile Transformation, Change Transformation, Application Support and Maintenance Projects, Research and Development Projects/Products, Programs, or Portfolios.

Completion Of  CLAP-OM-L1™ & CLAP-OM-L2™ makes you eligible to receive The Advanced Agile Outcome Professional™ (AAOP™) from the LAAU. The AAOP™ will be able to effectively lead the day-to-day operations Management Irrespective of the Agile Approaches, Frameworks, Processes, or Hybrid Methods followed by their Organization or Assignments. They will be able to See What Others Can’t See. This can be a Bottleneck, Blocker, Blocker Patterns, or Booster Patterns. They Proactively take the Necessary Corrective Actions Applicable to their Unique Assignments. They are aware that “One Size Doesn’t Fit All.

With their day-to-day operation Management/Leadership Skills, They enable the team to Demonstrate Agility by Focusing on Desired Outcomes.
