Headsup about the Train the Trainer (TTT) Session:
The Outcome & Innovation Management, Train the Trainer course is designed for those with a passion for enabling the Individuals & team to focus on Outcomes leading to Frequent Innovations and those delivering LAAU certified Outcome and Innovation training classes (Public and Private Sessions) to a wider group.
This course does not teach Outcome and Innovation fundamentals, rather it focuses on ensuring the candidate’s effectiveness as a trainer. It is expected all students have completed the CLAP-OM-L1™ & CLAP-OM-L2™ certifications and have pursued their Credentials from the Lean Agile Audit University (LAAU).
The Outcome Management TTT Course evaluates the candidate’s ability to present the Lean Agile Audit University course curriculum effectively in an Instructor-led Online/Onsite/Offline Environment. It will also assess each candidate’s ability to apply the Lean Agile Outcome Method at their workplace and present it as a case study, and through class exercises and quizzes.
Proactive preparation is crucial to success. The TTT course requires enough knowledge about the Lean Agile Outcome Method to write a quality Lean Agile Outcome & Innovation case study, attaining the LAAU OM Level-1 & Level-2 Credentials and a Commitment to the extensive preparation required of this class to gain the AOT™* approval. Remember, the TTT does not teach the Lean Agile Outcome Method, candidates need to come to the class fully prepared to demonstrate their level of mastery of the method. Attending the TTT course does not guarantee approval* to deliver certified Outcome Management Training.

At the end of this course, each candidate’s performance will be assessed, and approval to teach all (CLAP-OM-L1™ and/or CLAP-OM-L2™, and/or IOP™) LAAU Courses may be granted or only a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval and could include co-training with an established AOIT™ or AAOIT™, further study, or additional meetings with your trainer.
Your success is dependent on how well you prepare! You are expected to master the curriculum, prepare a Lean Agile Outcome case study to demonstrate your experience and deepen your Lean-Agile Outcome knowledge.
