The Successful Completion of CLAP-OM-L2™. Participants will gain sufficient knowledge about delivering Outcomes at the Upstream and the Downstream. Completion Of CLAP-OM-L1™ & CLAP-OM-L2™ qualifies you to receive the Advanced Agile Outcome Professional™ (AAOP™) from the LAAU.
