The AAOP™ will be able to effectively lead the Upstream and Downstream Teams Irrespective of the Agile Approaches, Frameworks, Processes, or Hybrid Methods followed by their Organization or Assignments. They will be able to articulate the different types of Outcomes and Values. Because they are aware that you will never be able to deliver values if you can’t articulate them.
